Job Description

LASOONA: Relief and Development Organization is a nationwide, multidisciplinary, development-focused, non-profit organization. LASOONA expresses its commitment to the well-being of the public by encouraging environmentally sound development in rural and underprivileged areas of Pakistan in general, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa specifically.

The group intends to conduct long-term development projects in specified locations, including 12 village councils and 36 villages in the district of Shangla KP province. The project's major goal is to help small-holder farmers in Shangla district build resilience by improving their food and nutrition security. The project's goal is to contribute to the eradication of poverty and hunger in order to build a resilient society in which mothers and children receive optimal nutrition

Duties and Responsibilities:

To document and fill out all of the project interventions.
Identify and document success stories and case studies for project activity.
To inform the project manager and other local team members about updates and changes to reporting formats and requirements.

To aid in the collection of target beneficiary and MoV data, as well as the creation of weekly and monthly plans and reports.
Develop and implement a project database to ensure accountability through regular data updates, data quality, and collaboration with data processors.
Ensure that all gathered reports, documents, SADD data, and pictures/videos are properly and systematically stored and filed.
Contribute to the development of an effective system for managing complaints and responding at the project level.
Assist the project manager in creating monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports

Regular data entry in the Beneficiary Tracking Sheet (BTS) and Beneficiary Number Sheet (BNS)
Interface development with the assistance of an M&E officer for various studies.
Data entry for multiple surveys to be undertaken during the project, such as KAP, MDDW, MAHFP, and post-impact studies.
Data entry for screened households
Punching field days and training data into the created interface.
Ensure correct compilation of project interventions in hard files based on MOVs.
Pictorial documentation of project interventions.
Provide assistance in designing various activity banners and IEC material.
Having IT-related experience and providing support team as needed.

Education:
Master's degree in social sciences, social work, development studies, or a related area.

Experience:

At least three years of relevant job experience in the social/development sector, particularly in reporting, documentation, and database management.

Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge and experience with documentation and reporting requirements.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken communication
Excellent report-writing skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and representational abilities (written, oral, and cross-cultural).
Positive attitude and the capacity to multitask and deal with difficult situations.
The ability to adapt to the working environment.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Ability to multitask and work.
