About the Organization:

The Pak Mission Society (PMS) is a relief and development organization that was founded in 2004 and registered on February 13, 2008, at the Office of the Provincial Registrar Joint Stock Companies & Societies, Peshawar, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, in accordance with the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The founding members of the Pak Mission Society were a group of Christian professionals whose goal was to respond to pain and tragedies in people's lives by providing immediate help and long-term initiatives for development and rehabilitation in order to spread love and hope.The goal of the Pak Mission Society is to serve underprivileged and unreached communities, irrespective of their color, gender, ethnicity, class, religion, or social standing. Through partnerships based on dignity and respect as well as the open, equitable, and rights-based distribution of relief and development funds, the organization seeks to catalyze holistic transformation and development.

Job Specifications:

Education:

  A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline from a university recognized by the HEC, or a comparable degree.

Work Experience:

three years or more of experience in a similar role in the social and development sector.
Working with marginalized and impoverished populations in Khairpur and NGOs/INGOs would be preferred.

Skills and Competencies: Implementation of technical and programmatic quality
Recognizing the integrated and collaborative approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Internet

practical familiarity with AutoCAD software

Maintaining Records (Reports, Records, and Databases)

The majority of the work that would be completed by the employee in this role are covered by the aforementioned duties; however, employees may be assigned any additional official tasks as needed.
