Qualification Requirements |

The Office Engineer will be responsible and
accountable for tasks including but not limited to:
- Develop detailed engineering
designs for civil infrastructure, including water supply, sanitation and
drainage networks roads, bridges, and buildings. Should be able to use
relevant design software for analysis and design.
- Should be computer proficient
and able to use general purpose software.
- Prepare accurate design
drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring all documentation adheres
to project and industry standards, and maintain records of design changes
and updates.
- Collaborate with senior design
engineers, supervision teams, and other engineers to integrate civil
designs, while participating in design reviews, project meetings, and site
visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Ensure designs comply with
codes, standards, and regulations; conduct quality checks and peer reviews
to uphold engineering standards; and contribute to the development of
organizational design guidelines.
- Open to travel for site visits
and meetings. Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment.
- Collaborate with Senior
Management to evaluate new opportunities and develop company strategies,
including formal bid plans. Analyze potential opportunities and recommend
whether to pursue them based on organizational capacity and long-term
benefits.
- To provide support in
preparation of Expression of interest (EOI) as well as Technical &
Financial Proposals for a varied range of multi-sectoral projects in the
public as well as the private sector.
